Essential Blooms Body & Skincare is made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. All sales are final. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.
Essential Blooms Body & Skincare does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to essentialbloomsbath@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.
We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
